About the Role: IT Support Technician

In the role of IT Support Technician, you are responsible for providing first-class support to the company's employees and helping them with their IT-related challenges. You work in first-line support, handling everything from account management and login issues to troubleshooting hardware and software. The role involves on-site support at the office where you assist with computers, printers, and conference equipment. For more complex cases, you collaborate with or escalate to specialist teams.

You will become part of an engaged team where service, problem-solving, and collaboration are in focus. The role offers a varied daily routine with great opportunities to develop both your technical knowledge and your ability to deliver a high user experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide support and guidance to users in their daily IT-related questions and challenges.
• Troubleshoot, manage, and follow up on technical issues regarding hardware, software, and user environments.
• Work with administration and support in the company's IT systems and platforms.
• Document solutions and collaborate with colleagues and specialist teams to ensure a high service level.

About You

We are looking for you who have a high school education, preferably with a focus on IT, technology, or equivalent, and have experience in IT support or a similar role. You are likely at the beginning of your career and are studying, or planning to start, a Vocational Higher Education (YH) program in IT infrastructure, system administration, network technology, or a related area. You see this as an opportunity to combine your studies with valuable practical experience. Furthermore, you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Key requirements for the role:

• High school education, preferably in technology, IT, or similar.
• At least two years of experience working in IT support or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Start date: August 1, 2026.
Scope: Consultancy assignment via Needo (12 months, part-time position).
Location: Stockholm.
Salary: According to agreement.
