In this role, you work as a consultant at the client's site and are part of a testing and development team where you are responsible for driving and developing testing efforts. You work both operationally and strategically with a focus on test automation and quality assurance.

• Work as a technical tester in the client's team
• Contribute to the development of test strategies and methods
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and other stakeholders
• Support the team in test automation and tools

Your responsibilities include both manual and automated testing, as well as responsibility for test tools and processes. You also act as a mentor and support for others in the testing field.

• Plan, execute, and follow up on tests
• Develop and maintain test automation
• Evaluate and introduce new test tools
• Work with tool administration and support users
• Ensure quality throughout the entire development process
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring

To succeed in this role, you are an experienced technical tester with a good understanding of both testing and development. You thrive in an environment where quality, structure, and collaboration are central.

• At least 4 years of experience with testing in a Microsoft environment
• At least 2 years of experience with test automation
• At least 2 years of experience with test tool administration
• Experience with mentoring in the testing field
• At least 1 year of experience as a system developer
• Experience with agile working methods
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish

It is a merit if you have experience in more advanced testing areas and modern tools.

• Experience with load and performance testing
• Experience with building frameworks for test automation
• Experience with Azure DevOps Server
• Experience with conducting workshops or seminars
• Experience with security testing (e.g., according to OWASP)

You are an analytical and meticulous person who is passionate about quality and testing. You thrive in a consultant role and have a good ability to collaborate with different roles in the organization.

You are pedagogical and happy to share your knowledge, while also being self-reliant and taking responsibility for your work. You have a drive to improve testing processes and contribute to more efficient development work.
