Do you want to take the next step in IT and develop in a broad technical role? As a Junior Support Technician at PreZero Recycling, you will work closely with the business, solve problems in the office environment, and contribute to strengthening the company's IT operations.
About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at PreZero Recycling. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment or being hired directly by PreZero. This provides both you and the company a great opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how you enjoy your collaboration.

PreZero offers efficient waste and recycling solutions with a focus on customer needs and long-term sustainability. They collect and manage residual materials from customers' operations through recycling and/or energy recovery. In their daily operations, customer benefit equals environmental benefit. In Sweden, PreZero operates at about 60 locations, has over 1,100 employees, more than 50 recycling and reception facilities, and manages waste in around 40 Swedish municipalities. Their operations create value not only for the customers they provide recycling services to but also for the manufacturing industry and energy sector by refining waste into valuable raw materials for new production.

Job responsibilities
In the role of Junior Support Technician, you will be part of an engaged team responsible for the entire company's IT operations. You will solve IT problems in the office but also work proactively to ensure a stable and accessible IT environment. The work of digitizing, automating, and improving the group's processes is ongoing, and as a Support Technician, you will be an important part of this work through your technical expertise. Over time, you will receive broader and more tasks.
Internal IT support
Maintain and operate servers, infrastructure, networks, computers, printers, systems, and applications
Manage onboarding and offboarding – accounts, permissions, equipment, and licenses
Ensure a stable and accessible IT environment
Education, experience, and personal qualities
We prefer that you have:
Experience in IT support or a similar technical role
Understanding of operating systems and networks (switches, firewalls, WiFi)
Ability to troubleshoot clients, networks, and systems independently
Genuine interest in IT and the desire to develop
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
Driving license B
It is also meritorious to have:
Post-secondary education in a relevant field
Knowledge of infrastructure, Windows environment, or server administration
