About the position

Fellowmind continues to grow and is now looking for a Technical Solution Architect (TSA) for our business area Enterprise. We primarily work with the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management but also operate across the entire Microsoft platform.

In the role of TSA, you will work closely with the functional solution architect and customers to set strategies for integrations, development, environment setup, and migration, where you will be responsible for the development and design of the technical solution. Of course, much of the work is also done in close collaboration with our developers (who we claim are the best in the industry). You will also coordinate work both within the team and with other project teams. Together with the project manager, you will work on estimating time regarding development, integrations, and other technical aspects as well as with sprint planning. The focus is on both new implementations and existing customer solutions (Managed Services). The role requires you to stay at the forefront and keep updated on everything within the technical area around D365 F&SCM but also within other Microsoft areas such as Power Platform.

We work together in and across our teams, which means you will have plenty of nice colleagues to work closely with over time. The most important thing is that you are never alone, and we take responsibility for all our deliveries together. We have nearly 120 employees in the business area, of which about 25 are in technology/development, making us one of Sweden's largest partners in D365 F&SCM. Add to that another 300 colleagues in Sweden (and 2000 internationally) focusing on other parts of the Microsoft platform, making us a market-leading Microsoft partner in Northern Europe, which among other things led to the award of EMEA Channel Partner of the Year 2025 by Microsoft.

Who are you?

We believe that you are currently in a similar role as TSA or as a senior developer within D365 F&SCM and ready to step up into a TSA role. You have a strong interest in new technology and enjoy keeping yourself updated in the field. You have several years of experience in D365 F&SCM (F&O/AX), Power Platform, Azure, integrations, performance optimization, and development strategies.

As a person, you are analytical and have an easy time translating problems into concrete solutions. Furthermore, you have a strong commitment and drive for what you undertake, as well as good collaboration skills and are a team player to the fingertips.

Since you will be working both internationally and nationally, it is a prerequisite that you communicate fluently in both English and Swedish.

The practical:

Start: Preferably immediately, but we understand that you may have a notice period that we need to consider.

Extent: Full-time, office hours, but we are very flexible here and expect it to work for all parties.

Location: At one of our offices in Malmö, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Jönköping, Helsingborg, Halmstad, or Växjö.
