About the position

Perido is looking for an Enterprise Architect for our client, a large real estate company. The position is based at the client's office in either Stockholm or Gothenburg. You will work from the office but have some opportunity for remote work.

Your responsibilities

As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for the organization's overall system and application architecture. You will have a holistic perspective where business requirements, strategic goals, and technical possibilities are woven together into a future target architecture landscape. The role combines strategic architectural work with deep technical understanding of integrations, infrastructure, and technical standards. You will work closely with the business, IT management, product owners, development teams, and external suppliers, serving as a technical decision support in larger initiatives.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Own, develop, and maintain the overall target architecture for the system and application landscape
• Map business requirements and strategic goals to architectural principles, capabilities, and concrete technical solutions
• Define architectural principles, guidelines, and standards for applications, integrations, and infrastructure
• Ensure that new and existing solutions align with the target architecture and contribute to long-term sustainability
• Design and specify integration architecture, including integration patterns, API strategy, and information flows
• Specify technical requirements for infrastructure, platforms, and cloud architecture, such as regarding network, security, availability, and scalability
• Act as a technical advisor and decision support in larger projects, initiatives, and procurements
• Collaborate with solution architects, development teams, and suppliers to ensure correct implementation of architectural decisions
• Monitor architectural compliance and contribute to continuous improvement of architectural work

You are a communicative and analytical person who is comfortable in complex technical environments and has the ability to see the big picture without losing important details. You work in a structured and decisive manner with a good balance between long-term architectural work and pragmatic solutions. As a person, you are collaborative, trust-building, and used to working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience as an enterprise architect, technical architect, or equivalent role in larger IT environments
• Documented experience in developing and maintaining target architectures for system and application landscapes
• Very good knowledge of integration architecture, such as APIs, event-driven architecture, microservices, and integration platforms
• Experience in designing and specifying cloud and hybrid infrastructure, such as within Azure
• Familiarity with requirements management and translating business needs into technical and architectural requirements
• Good understanding of data modeling, information architecture, and data flows between systems

Meritorious:

• Experience with larger transformation initiatives, such as cloud journeys or modernization of legacy systems
• Experience from the real estate industry

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment for 12 months. Immediate start.
