We are looking for a network technician to strengthen a team responsible for data communication and network infrastructure in a critical societal operation. The role involves close collaboration with a 24/7 monitoring function and management, focusing on stable operations, change management, and continuous improvement of network environments (routing/switching) related to office networks.

You will play a central role in developing new capabilities, coordinating planned management activities, and ensuring that the network platform meets requirements for availability, accuracy, and confidentiality.

• Manage incidents and problems through analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution, as well as contribute to instructions and procedures for incident management
• Act as a specialist and primary contact for system-specific questions and provide support to operations and external parties
• Implement ordered changes according to established processes and perform upgrades and maintenance in the network environments
• Contribute to technical requirements specification and propose technical solutions for the development or further development of systems and IT services
• Participate in testing, such as functional testing during troubleshooting and further development
• Ensure and further develop management documentation such as network diagrams, system documentation, and operational procedures
• Work on IT security-related issues in accordance with requirements from the IT security function

• Experience in network infrastructure with a focus on routing and switching
• Experience in incident and problem management in operational environments
• Ability to work according to change processes and implement changes/upgrades in IT systems
• Experience in technical documentation, such as network diagrams and operational procedures
• Ability to contribute to technical requirements specification and development of solution proposals
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)
