As a Service Coordinator, you are a central point of contact between dealers and the business regarding spare parts orders and logistics. The role entails overall responsibility for ensuring efficient order processes and contributing to a stable and well-functioning delivery flow throughout the supply chain.

You support the Europe Region and international markets in their daily work with order and logistics-related issues. The job involves managing and following up on order processes in the business system, as well as coordinating activities related to backorders in close collaboration with the service organization, purchasing, and replenishment teams.

Examples of tasks:

• Ensure and develop cross-functional collaboration throughout the supply chain together with global functions and production
• Support market areas within the EU and internationally in delivery and logistics-related matters
• Ensure dealers' competence in order management processes and systems, and conduct training initiatives as needed
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization and towards dealers
• Manage and drive activities related to backorder recovery in collaboration with relevant functions

The position involves some travel. This is a consulting assignment; you will be employed by Consensus but work at the client's site in Eskilstuna.

To succeed in this role, you are proactive, structured, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple parallel tasks and have the ability to work effectively even under time pressure.

You are a team player with a strong customer focus and good communication skills. Furthermore, you have a natural drive for improvement work, a high quality awareness, and feel comfortable working in complex IT and business system environments. The role requires a humble attitude, collaboration skills, and a proactive approach.

We see that you have:

• A degree in logistics or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in logistics, preferably from after-sales operations
• Good system understanding and experience with support systems and analytical tools, such as MS 365 and Power BI
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
• Experience in international customer support is an advantage
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Additional language skills are an advantage
• Driving license B
