Team Leader for Rental

About the Position

Victoriahem is in an exciting development phase, and we are looking for someone who is motivated by clear goals and creating concrete results.

You will be responsible for four rental agents and will be based at our office in Eskilstuna. In this role, you will have a key position in our area team, where your main focus is to quickly and efficiently fill our vacant apartments.

We set ambitious goals and are constantly working to go from good to best. To succeed in this, you need to look ahead, be brave in new working methods, and see the whole from a regional perspective.

We are looking for a driven and sales-oriented leader with the desire to be the best in viewings and rentals. You will have independent responsibility and tools to create a strategic plan that enables your team to achieve its goals, and together we will achieve success.

As the Team Leader for Rental, you will report to the Regional Manager and work closely with the area managers in the region.

As a Team Leader, you will play a central role in:

• Leading and supporting the team in their daily work
• Creating structure and clarity in daily tasks
• Setting requirements and following up on activity goals
• Coaching and motivating the team
• Building effective processes
• Monitoring key figures and driving improvements
• Motivating the team to drive results
• Conducting feedback, development, and salary conversations

The position of Team Leader is a permanent employment, starting with a 6-month probation period. The position is located in Eskilstuna, and a background check on the final candidate is part of the recruitment process.

Who Are We Looking For?

You are passionate about order and creating strategy, while being a secure, coaching, and inspiring leader. You are accustomed to creating engagement and moving teams forward in change.

In this role, you work KPI-driven and are comfortable going into detail when necessary. You are decisive, can make quick decisions, and thrive in an environment where your decisions are questioned and discussed constructively. Being unpretentious is a given for you; you collaborate closely with colleagues and ask for help when needed.

You need to be a proactive person who wants to build structure, direction, and momentum. Together with marketing, you contribute to developing and working according to an annual plan.

As a leader, you are soft, attentive, and present, with the ability to coach and develop your employees while clearly driving the business forward. You thrive in the digital sphere and feel comfortable with Excel and other business systems.

Important for the Role:

• Experience with personnel responsibility
• Proven good results
• Experience and willingness to lead teams through change
• Driver's license (B)

Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
