About the Position

As a Parts Order Manager, you will support retailers with their daily orders and logistics issues, manage order processes and systems, and develop collaborations with global functions to improve the supply chain.

About You

Formal Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university degree in logistics or a related field and experience in logistics, preferably within aftermarket. You should have strong digital skills and the ability to work with system support tools such as MS 365, generate reports in Power BI, and program in Python. Experience in building networks in a multicultural environment is important, and experience in international customer support is considered an asset. You must be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and hold a B driver's license.

Desirable

It is an advantage if you speak multiple languages in addition to Swedish and English, especially French, which can be beneficial in our international environment. Your ability to take initiative and drive improvements is appreciated, as well as curiosity and general drive.
