We are now looking for an apartment inspector for a summer temporary position full-time at Nyköpingshem. The assignment runs from May 1 to August 31. In this role, you will assess the condition of apartments and help ensure the quality of Nyköpingshem's housing stock.

Inspections are conducted in connection with move-ins and move-outs. After the inspection, you are responsible for clearly, factually, and pedagogically communicating the results to the tenant. You will also handle documentation for possible billing and ordering maintenance actions.

The assignment involves a varied role with a lot of contact with tenants. You will meet tenants both in personal meetings and via phone and email, representing Nyköpingshem in a professional manner.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Conduct and document apartment inspections

• Register inspection results in property systems

• Prepare documentation for and order maintenance work

• Assess wear and calculate possible billing

• Provide clear and service-oriented feedback to tenants

We are looking for someone with practical knowledge in property management or real estate management deemed relevant for the assignment. You are administratively inclined and comfortable working in various digital systems and applications.

You have:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Ability to communicate in English

• A social, service-oriented, and cooperative personality A driving license (B) is required
