Execution Planner at Magnum Ice Cream Factory in Flen

We are looking for an engaged and meticulous production planner for our ice cream factory in Flen. In this role, you will ensure efficient and continuous planning of the production lines in the factory. You will become a key person for planning issues, both internally and externally, and handle risk assessments to minimize the impact on production capacity and market availability. The role also includes responsibility for annual inventory, capacity calculations, and support during exports.

Responsibilities:

• Help meet the factory's and planning department's goals.
• Maintain the short-term plan in the systems for assigned lines.
• Act as the factory's planning contact for global EU planners for affected lines.
• Function as the planning contact for the on-site production team for assigned lines.
• Be the planning contact for new products.
• Assess risks regarding how short-term problems and changes affect the production plan and the consequences for product availability on the market for assigned lines.
• Share responsibility for the annual inventory of raw and packaging materials.
• Create and keep our long-term capacity plans continuously updated.
• Support the invoicing process for exports outside the EU.
• Collaborate with our quality department to combat material waste.

Professional Skills and Requirements:

• Upper secondary education with at least a grade C (or equivalent) in Mathematics 1–3.
• Fluent Swedish and English in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Office 365 (with a special focus on Excel) and SAP (specifically S/4HANA & APO).
• Ability to work systematically and maintain quality even during periods of high tempo, short deadlines, and changing priorities.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.

Merits:

• Knowledge of Kinaxis, Power BI, or similar programs.
• Education demonstrating strong analytical skills and in-depth mathematical understanding.
• Experience from previous jobs in logistics and production planning.
• Experience as a material planner or production planner is desired.
