Your Role

Do you want to help develop one of the world's leading aircraft systems? As a Designer for System Installation at Saab Aeronautics, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technology while taking the next step in your personal development. You will play a central role in integrating and installing mission systems, thereby contributing to the development of one of the world's most advanced aircraft systems.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Development of detailed schematics and drawings for electronic systems
• Integration of electronic components to ensure optimal functionality and compatibility with other systems
• Working in accordance with the aviation industry's regulations and standards to ensure full compliance and safety

You will collaborate and communicate with various disciplines such as basic aircraft systems, avionics and system developers, production engineers, and assemblers. As needed, there may also be contact with suppliers, partners, and customers.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, flexible, curious, and interested in technology. You will be part of a dynamic and professional team where collaboration and openness are core values. We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience.

We would like you to have:

• An educational background as an engineer or from other relevant post-secondary education in electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of software such as Capital Logic, PDM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Merits:

• Work experience as a designer, developer, system developer, calculation engineer, or assembler.
• Pilot training or experience within the aviation industry.
• Knowledge of CATIA V5 and CADEL.
