About the role

As a technical workshop worker with us, you will work in our own factory in Eskilstuna, where you will become an important part of our production team. You do not need to have done this exact job before – we will train you. The most important thing is that you are technically interested, take initiative, and want to do a good job.

You will work with modern materials and machinery to build glazing systems characterized by stability, user-friendliness, and sleek design.

In your role, you will work with among other things:

• Manufacturing of aluminum profiles, metal parts, doors, and windows.
• Machining and handling of materials according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Quality control to ensure our high standards are met.
• Handling of workshop machinery and hand tools.
• Collaboration with colleagues to optimize the production flow and ensure fast deliveries.

Advantageous – but not a requirement:

• It is advantageous if you speak Polish, as it facilitates communication with several of our employees and partners.
• Previous experience in workshop work, production, or craftsmanship is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
