About the Role

As a Parts Order Manager, you are a key player in the interface between operations, dealers, and logistics. The role involves ownership of order processes and a clear responsibility to drive issues forward – even when systems are complex and the pace is high.

This is a role for someone who wants to take clear responsibility in a business-critical function. Here, you work closely with dealers and the supply chain with a direct impact on delivery precision, customer satisfaction, and business results. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in the field who can start as soon as possible.

This is a long-term assignment of at least 12 months through us at Maxitech, with the possibility of employment with the client in the long run.

Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for parts order and logistics issues towards dealers
  • Ensure that order flows work efficiently in multiple parallel systems
  • Drive backorder recovery activities and minimize disruptions in the supply chain
  • Work cross-functionally throughout the supply chain
  • Strengthen dealers' capabilities through training and clear process management
  • Identify areas for improvement and actively drive change

The role combines operational execution with improvement work. It requires the ability to handle both repetitive tasks and more complex situations where analysis and decisions need to be made quickly.

Your Profile

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of higher education, preferably technical or engineering-oriented
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Good system familiarity and experience working in complex IT environments
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Very good writing skills
  • MS 365, Power BI, Copilot, or similar tools
  • Ability to drive activities independently

Meritorious:

  • Experience in logistics, preferably in after-sales
  • Experience in international customer support
  • Interest in digitalization, automation, and AI
  • Driving license B
  • It is an advantage if you have experience from technical operations, such as construction equipment, mining, production, or logistics, where understanding machine environments and dealer networks is important
