Do you have a strong technical interest and want to work with service and maintenance in highly automated warehouses? We are looking for someone who loves technology and cannot let go of things when they do not work as intended.

With us, you will have a varied job where no day is the same, and where you have great opportunities to contribute to our collective success. You are responsible for planning and structuring your days with a lot of freedom under your own responsibility.

You will primarily be placed at one of our clients in Eskilstuna. However, it also includes travel to our other clients mainly in Mälardalen, who have various types of automation facilities (conveyor systems, sorting machines, and autonomous robots) where you will perform planned maintenance and troubleshooting of a more urgent nature. In your daily work, you will need to find solutions to complex problems and strive to identify the root cause to then contribute to a routine that prevents future issues.

The role includes access to a service vehicle, and travel with overnight stays is a natural part of the job. You will be part of a team of service technicians with high technical competence, and we are looking for someone who wants to strengthen and develop our team in the region. Your employment will be based in Eskilstuna, but the work field is broad, and we are flexible in allowing you to often start directly from home depending on the assignment.

Generally, you will work on a rolling 3-week schedule:

W1: Mon-Fri 7-16, Sun 8-17

W2: Mon-Thu 7-16

W3: Mon-Fri 9-18

Main responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance of automation and other technical equipment.

• Identify new deviations and follow up on old ones in a methodical and documented manner.

• Introduce users to preventive maintenance and good management of technical and mechanical equipment.

• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment.

• Work on developing and implementing continuous improvements.

• Act as a contact for suppliers of automation and related mechanical or technical equipment, both nationally and internationally.

As a service technician, you will have many points of contact, so we are looking for someone with good communication skills. You thrive and succeed in switching between working independently and collaborating in a team.

Requirements for the role:

• High school education in electrical, energy, technology, or equivalent competencies acquired in other ways.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Driver's license B.

• Experience as a Service Technician, preferably within warehouse automation, but other forms of automated production or equivalent are also meritorious.

• Basic understanding of electricity and electrical safety.
