Property Manager for Öster Malma – A unique role with great responsibility
We are now looking for a driven and responsible property manager for Öster Malma – a unique location in the heart of Sörmland's nature, visited by over 40,000 people annually. This is also the site of the Swedish Hunters' Association's national office, where more than 50 people work.
Öster Malma, owned by the Swedish Hunters' Association, covers approximately 1,000 hectares of forest and agricultural land. The area features around fifteen different buildings, ranging from cottages to a unique baroque castle. The site hosts restaurant, conference, and hotel operations, as well as a park with Swedish wild animals.
We strive for the property to serve as a reference farm in long-term management, featuring our own biological wastewater treatment plant. As a property manager at Öster Malma, you will play a key role with overall responsibility for the interior and exterior environments of our buildings, contributing to a positive overall experience for our visitors.
To succeed in this role, you will have access to a work team of three property maintenance workers, whose work you will plan, lead, and develop together with. In addition to the ability to prioritize, you need an eye for detail while keeping the big picture in mind.

Your responsibilities
- Lead daily fieldwork (team of three property maintenance workers).
- Responsible for preventive maintenance, inspections, and documentation.
- Develop and follow up on maintenance plans.
- Lead and participate in projects and sub-projects.
- Perform rounds and corrective maintenance (HVAC, electrical, ventilation, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with authority requirements (e.g., fire safety inspections).
- Plan inspection work to minimize urgent faults.
- Responsible for purchasing, machinery, and tools.
- Handle contacts with external suppliers and specialists.
- Responsible for the property budget, follow-up, and invoicing.
- Drive the decommissioning and sale of inventory.
Experience and Education
- Experience in property operation and maintenance.
- Experience in leading personnel.
- Practical experience or relevant education.
- Good ability to read and understand technical instructions in Swedish.
- A B-driver's license is required.
Meritorious is experience in leadership as well as experience with self-control programs, HACCP, or similar systematic work methods.

Practical Information
Full-time employment with a 6-month probation period. Flexible working hours and on-call duty are included in the job.
