Focus of Your Role

You have overall responsibility for your projects – from calculation and design to delivery and closure.

This means, among other things, that you:

• lead projects with a focus on quality, economics, working environment, and customer satisfaction
• plan resources and ensure the right staffing
• support and coach lead installers and electricians
• develop business through close dialogue with customers and partners
• participate in tenders, cost estimation, and project planning
• contribute to developing both the business and our working methods.

You will have great freedom to influence how you run your projects – but also a clear mandate to make decisions and take responsibility for the results.

What We Are Looking For

We believe you have experience from electrical contracting, industrial projects, or a related field. Perhaps you already work as a project manager. Or maybe you are currently a lead installer or foreman and feel it is time for the next step.

To succeed in the role, we believe you:

• have a business mindset and a good understanding of project economics
• are structured and can turn plans into reality
• enjoy building relationships with both customers and colleagues
• are confident in taking responsibility and making decisions
• are driven by creating results together with others.
