Responsibilities

The role involves leading, steering, managing, and developing technology regarding efficiency and quality—covering methods, systems, and individuals. This includes:

• Quality assurance of processes and products.
• Process development, continuously refining methods to create efficient and stable processes.
• Ensuring compliance with the management system and conducting annual quality audits.
• Creating conditions for production to work in a standardized manner.
• Attending and participating in projects within the area of responsibility.
• Ensuring investigations are conducted and compiled into reports that can be communicated in cases of significant deviations, such as quality defects within the area of responsibility.

You will report to the Head of Technology & Quality and lead six technology specialists.

Who are you?

Your educational background is a Master of Science in Engineering or an equivalent degree, or you have several years of experience in a similar position. You possess the ability to write technical reports, interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagrammatic form, and handle various abstract and concrete variables.

To thrive in this role, we see that you are driven by constantly working on improvement measures and further developing methods and processes, both operationally and strategically. You are socially competent and enjoy working in a central function with many interfaces.

Great importance will be placed on your personal qualities, such as strong personal drive, analytical skills, and structure. Naturally, you possess good leadership qualities, are service-oriented, and collaborate easily with others.
