About the position: As a production engineer through us, you will be an important part of the production team at a well-established industrial operation in Stora Sundby. In this role, you will work closely with production, focusing on developing, improving, and ensuring efficient manufacturing processes.

Your main responsibilities include supporting production in technical issues, analyzing and improving production flows, and working on continuous improvements of processes, methods, and equipment. You will also participate in efforts to optimize production lines, implement improvement measures, and contribute to high quality and efficiency in production.

Responsibilities:

• Support production in technical issues and contribute to a stable and efficient manufacturing process

• Work on improvements of production flows, methods, and working practices

• Troubleshoot and analyze problems in production and develop long-term solutions

• Participate in the implementation of new products, processes, and production equipment

• Develop and update work instructions and technical documentation

• Collaborate with production, quality, and other departments to ensure high quality and efficiency

• Drive and participate in work on continuous improvements and efficiency of production

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in production engineering, mechanical engineering, or another relevant technical field

• Experience from the manufacturing industry, preferably in a role close to production or production engineering

• Good understanding of production processes and technical flows

• Experience in improvement work and efficiency within production is an advantage

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Good computer skills and experience working in business or production systems is an advantage

Working hours:  Daytime

Scope: Full-time

Salary: According to collective agreement

Start: Immediately, considering any notice period

Other: You will be employed by us and work for our client, with the possibility of direct employment with the client after the rental period.
