As a Validation Engineer, you will play a central role in ensuring the quality and functionality of advanced electronic systems within Active Safety. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on validation tests at the system, hardware, and software levels, as well as contributing to a robust product architecture.

• Plan, document, and execute validation tests according to internal and external requirements

• Analyze requirements and prepare test activities

• Follow up on test results and report to internal and external customers

• Identify risks in the validation process and drive corrective actions

• Contribute to the development of system, HW, SW, and test design

• Manage technical deviations and escalate issues to the appropriate forum

• Participate in knowledge sharing and competency development within the team

• Initiate improvements, share experiences, and support in technical issues

• Master's degree or equivalent in systems engineering, electronics, computer science, or another relevant technical field

• At least 5 years of experience in testing and validation of embedded systems

• Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and drive technical activities

• Experience in risk management and working with structured testing processes

• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
