Responsibilities

The role involves leading, directing, managing, and developing technology regarding efficiency and quality – method, system, and individual. This includes:

• Quality assurance of processes and products.
• Process development where the method is continuously improved to create efficient and stable processes.
• Ensuring compliance with the management system and conducting annual quality audits.
• Creating prerequisites for production to work in a standardized manner.
• Attending and participating in projects within the area of responsibility.
• Ensuring that investigations are conducted and compiled into reports that can be communicated in cases of significant deviations, such as quality defects within the area of responsibility.

You report to the Technology & Quality Manager and lead six technology specialists.

Who are you?

Your educational background is a Master of Science in Engineering or an equivalent degree, or alternatively, several years of experience from a similar position. You possess the ability to write technical reports, interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagrammatic form, and handle various abstract and concrete variables.

To thrive in this role, we see that you are driven by continuously working on improvement measures and further developing methods and processes, both operationally and strategically. You are socially competent and thrive in a central function with many contact points.

Great importance will be placed on your personal qualities, such as having strong personal drive, being analytical and structured. Naturally, you possess good leadership skills, are service-oriented, and find it easy to collaborate with others.
