Your new job

As a Project Manager at Bravida, you have overall responsibility for the execution of projects – from planning and costing to delivery and follow-up. You drive the business forward, develop customer relationships, and lead projects in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

The role involves a significant amount of work at our customers' sites, primarily in Sörmland and Västmanland, where our main assignments today are data center installations. Travel is regular, and overnight stays may be required as needed.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Lead projects regarding economy, time, quality, and working environment
• Drive and develop long-term customer relationships
• Responsible for costing, purchasing, and resource planning
• Work with and develop the use of digital project tools
• Coach and lead teams towards set goals
• Ensure high quality in deliveries and customer experience

We are looking for you who

• Have at least 10 years of experience in the installation, industrial, or construction industry
• Have extensive experience driving projects from start to finish
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Have good computer skills and experience with digital system support
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

To succeed in the role, we see that you are a confident and experienced project manager with a strong business focus and good ability to build relationships. You thrive in a customer-facing role where communication and professionalism are crucial. It is an advantage if you have experience with industrial piping, industrial projects, or experience working in data centers.
