Do you want a key role where you make a real difference for customers and dealers – and where you keep the flow between orders, deviations, and logistics together? For our client in Eskilstuna, we are now looking for a Service Center Coordinator for a fixed-term position on-site.

As a Service Center Coordinator, you support the aftermarket organization and dealers by:

• Managing order flows and deviation handling related to spare parts

• Being proactive in communication regarding the logistics flow (status, deliveries, lead times, deviations)

• Ensuring that the right information reaches the right recipient on time

• Working systematically with follow-up and coordination together with internal teams

You work independently with general guidance. The problems you encounter are often challenging but usually not complex. The role also means that you can influence others by clearly explaining facts, policies, and working methods.

You are communicative, curious, and enjoy creating order in a flow where several things happen simultaneously. You are confident in writing and thrive in a coordinating role with many contact points.

Requirements:

• Very good ability to express yourself in writing in Swedish and English

• 1–3 years of relevant experience from a similar role (e.g., order/coordinating, logistics, customer support, after sales)

• University education or other relevant technical education (e.g., engineering field)

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and driven

Meritorious:

• Interest or knowledge in automation, digitalization, and/or AI

• Experience in deviation handling and process-related work

• Familiarity with working in ERP/business systems
