About the position:

In this role as a Quality Engineer, you will ensure that products and processes meet the highest quality standards. You will participate in and lead audits, drive improvement projects, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders such as customers and suppliers.

The position involves both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues to ensure effective, safe, and high-quality processes. It is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in quality management and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Be the main contact for quality-related issues from internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.

• Participate in and lead internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.

• Drive improvement projects to develop and streamline the Quality Management system.

• Conduct internal training on quality routines and processes.

• Coordinate quality improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

• Analyze data and identify patterns to prevent quality issues and optimize processes.

About you:

You are a structured, communicative, and reliable person with a technical interest and a curious mindset. You have experience in manufacturing or production processes and an understanding of quality work. With good analytical skills, you identify patterns and drive improvements to ensure efficient and high-quality processes. You enjoy working both independently and in teams and are motivated by contributing to processes and products meeting high-quality standards. Experience with ISO standards, quality audits, and tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, or FMEA is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Good language skills in Korean and English

• Technical understanding of manufacturing and production processes

• Experience in data analysis and the ability to identify patterns and improvement opportunities

• Experience in quality work, audits, and quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, or FMEA (preferred)

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 (preferred)

• Detail-oriented, independent, and structured, but also enjoys teamwork and collaboration with external stakeholders

Working hours: Daytime

Scope: Full-time

Salary: Salary and employment conditions will be set in consultation between the candidate and the employer
