We believe you have:
- A degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechanical engineering, or equivalent background (alternatively electrician + YH in design).
- About 5 years of experience in electrical design, mechanical design, industrial cooling, control & regulation, or automation-related environments.
- Experience in creating electrical diagrams and understanding of regulations in electrical/installation.
- Good understanding of industrial manufacturing and technical documentation work.
- Familiarity with electrical drawing programs (preferably SolidWorks Electrical).
- Fluent in Swedish and English - English is the corporate language.
- Driving license B.
Meritorious:
- Experience in fieldwork, field testing, or service close to the customer.

You will thrive in this role if you are practical and genuinely enjoy working closely with technology. You have a natural eye for structure and work analytically, allowing you to quickly find solutions even in more complex situations. At the same time, you are self-driven and dare to take initiative when you see something that needs improvement or further development. You are unpretentious and enjoy collaborating with other functions in the organization, knowing that the best results are created together and that an open and curious approach builds both quality and job satisfaction. We place great emphasis on personal qualities in this recruitment.
