ABOUT THE POSITION:

As a Parts Order Manager, you have a central function between the business and resellers in Europe and international markets. You will work with order flows, logistics issues, and system-related processes, ensuring that deliveries function effectively even when conditions change.

You will collaborate closely with several functions in the supply chain, such as purchasing, planning, and operations, and quickly gain a broad understanding of how a global supply chain flow works in practice. The role offers good development opportunities and is suitable for those who want to take responsibility early in their careers. Travel may occur as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Be the point of contact for resellers regarding spare parts orders and logistics
  • Ensure efficient order flows and work in business and order systems
  • Drive activities related to backorders together with internal teams
  • Support markets in delivery and supply chain-related issues
  • Train resellers in order processes and systems
  • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to more efficient working methods
  • Collaborate cross-functionally throughout the supply chain

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
  • Has a post-secondary engineering degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, industrial economics, or similar
  • Has practical experience from logistics, supply chain, planning, or order flows, for example through work, internships, or trainee programs
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

As a person, you are driven, curious, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a role with many contact points and varying pace, and you have an interest in digitization, automation, and new technical working methods, preferably related to data or AI. To succeed in this role, we also believe that you are structured, unpretentious, and responsible.
