PLW delivers and installs sustainable, technical solutions in electricity, telecommunications, alarms, data technology, and energy, focusing on creating security for our customers. The business covers all of Sweden, with a particular presence in Östergötland, Småland, and Södermanland.
We are now looking for a structured and meticulous financial administrator who wants to be part of the team. As a financial administrator, you will play a central role in ensuring the quality of the company's financial and administrative processes. Are you responsible and have an eye for detail? Responsibilities and Duties
In the role of financial administrator, you will work broadly with both payroll administration and financial management. Your main responsibilities include:
- Financial Administration: Manage customer and supplier invoices, internal billing, bookkeeping, and follow up on payments and unpaid invoices. Compile statistics for liquidity and invoicing and manage credits and VAT declarations.
- Reporting and Follow-up: Responsible for statistics related to payroll, personnel, and finance, and ensure that reports are accurate and delivered on time.
- Payroll and Personnel Administration: Prepare and manage payroll data, payroll processing, and reporting to Fora, Collectum, and other parties. Update employee information, support during salary reviews, and manage related issues.
- Daily and Ongoing Tasks: Support internal departments with administrative tasks, update calculations and systems, and ensure that the financial handbook is kept up to date.
Your Profile
We prefer that you have:
- Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent experience.
- Experience in payroll and finance work.
- Good knowledge of financial systems, such as Softone and Visma.
- Structured working methods, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize.
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
