About the Assignment

We are now looking for an engaged and structured Property Administrator for our client Saab's Property Department, Group Property. The team works to meet Saab's needs for suitable premises, both today and in the future. Group Property is responsible for both property ownership and the operational management of our premises, both in Sweden and internationally.

As a Property Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting Saab's local property managers, department heads, and other key functions within the team. You will handle a range of administrative and communicative tasks that are crucial for their daily work.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing and planning cases that come to Group Property through various channels.
• Responsible for updating Saab's intranet and other communication platforms.
• Supporting Group Property's management with bookings for conferences and similar events.
• Providing administrative support to the entire department.

It is an advantage if you have experience in:

• Administration of intranets and similar digital information channels.
• Conference bookings and coordination of similar events.
• Previous work in the property sector.
• Having had a coordinating and driving role in tasks from start to finish.

Your ability to combine structure, flexibility, and a proactive approach will be an important asset in this role.
