Site Manager for Återbruket in Skärholmen
Do you want to help develop one of Stockholm's most exciting meeting places for sustainability, creativity, and circular thinking? Återbruket Skärholmen is now looking for an engaged and communicative Site Manager who wants to drive and develop the operations together with us at LL Bolagen.
About Återbruket Skärholmen
Återbruket Skärholmen opened in 2021 and is a unique indoor facility of 950 square meters with an additional 550 square meters of outdoor space. Here, reuse, circularity, and sustainable waste management are at the center. The facility functions as a store-like meeting place where visitors can drop off and pick up portable reuse items and bulky waste, participate in workshops, and be inspired to adopt more sustainable consumption habits.
In 2024, the facility had over 100,000 visitors, and the operations continue to develop. What makes Återbruket Skärholmen unique is the ambition to be a creative and inspiring place where workshops and practical creation are at the center. The facility houses a repair and fix area as well as three workshops for textiles, wood, and other materials. These workshops are used both to hold workshops and to give visitors the opportunity to explore, create, and repair during opening hours. The goal is to regularly offer workshops – at least one per month with space for at least 15 participants – that encourage creative reuse and demonstrate how materials can gain new life. There are good opportunities to both create and renovate with reused materials, making Återbruket a vibrant meeting place for everyone who wants to be inspired and develop their skills in sustainability and circular thinking.

About LL Bolagen
LL Bolagen is a privately owned company rooted in Stockholm with a history dating back to 1991. Our garbage trucks have since become a well-known part of the cityscape, and we are still an entrepreneurial-driven company with strong ties to the founding family. The familial feeling permeates our culture and is an important part of our identity.
We operate in Greater Stockholm and Uppsala and are currently a group with about 350 employees and a turnover of approximately 350 million SEK per year. With us, you work in a flat organization with clear responsibilities, where sustainability and quality are an obvious part of everyday life.
We have set high goals for our sustainability work and strive to become climate neutral. Already, all our collection vehicles are powered by electricity, biogas, or HVO100. We are also certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and our work is regularly audited by external auditors to ensure the highest standards.
