We are now looking for a service-oriented and dedicated receptionist for our golf club. Are you social, structured, and thrive in an environment where no day is the same? Then this could be the job for you!
About the position
As a receptionist, you are the club's face to the outside world and an important part of our daily operations. The job involves both weekday and weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and handle booking inquiries
- Receive and welcome guests
- Respond to emails
- Work in GIT (Golf's IT system) booking system
- Basic cleaning of the reception and club environment
Qualifications
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of English
- Driver's license (B)
- Good computer skills
Personal qualities
- Service-oriented and positive
- Responsible and meticulous
- Independent but also a team player
- Flexible and enjoys varied tasks
- Preferably interested in golf
Other
We welcome applicants over 20 years old, as the position involves independent responsibility and varying working hours.
Start date by agreement. Our season starts in March/April and runs into November (depending on the weather).
