Administrative Assistant at Cybercampus Sweden

Cybercampus Sweden (cybercampus.se) is tasked with developing a foundational education in cybersecurity for large groups of participants. The training aims to provide skills in managing services and equipment for both personal and organizational protection. The training takes place in an educational system that is currently being developed. For this project, we are looking for an administrative assistant with drive and good organizational and communication skills to prepare for the launch of the education to various target groups in society.

Job Responsibilities

The position is for six months and the responsibilities involve supporting the technical development to launch the education. This includes organizing pilot rounds with evaluation of the education for further development, assisting in the preparation of agreements and communication plans for the launch, supporting business development for the education, and flexibly and openly assisting with questions and issues that arise during the ongoing work.

An important part of the job is to coordinate and maintain contact with potential organizations, authorities, and companies interested in the education.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Professional experience in project work with personal responsibility.
• Started/completed higher education in computer science, engineering, law, political science, or business administration, or another field deemed relevant by the employer.
• Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish and English as these are used in daily work.
• Good experience working with programs in the Office suite.
• Swedish citizenship is required for this position.
