This is a part-time consulting assignment where you will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client.

Job responsibilities

As an office coordinator, you are the primary contact person on site and are responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly. You ensure that the environment is pleasant and well-organized and drive issues related to service, logistics, and internal routines. The role is broad and includes both daily operational tasks as well as contact with suppliers, some administration, and coordination.

You handle incoming and outgoing mail, administer access cards, and support new employees with mobile phones, SIM cards, and other orders. You book meetings as needed, assist with ad hoc tasks such as ordering flowers and snacks, and work in the client's internal systems. The role also includes some invoice management, responsibility for the client's car pool, and reporting related to office operations.

Summary of job responsibilities:

  • Be the primary onsite contact and take ownership of the office environment

  • Handle mail, access cards, mobile phones, and orders during onboarding/offboarding

  • Maintain contact with suppliers and handle simpler invoices

  • Administer the car pool and manage requests in Corrigo

  • Perform ad hoc tasks such as ordering snacks, flowers, and office supplies

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Previous experience in service, administration, or a coordinating role

  • Ongoing post-secondary education or other main occupation

  • Driver's license (B)

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You keep things organized, have a good sense of service, and feel comfortable handling both planned tasks and quick ad hoc requests.
