This position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura and you will be employed directly by the Trade Union ST.

The Trade Union ST has approximately 115 employees distributed across seven different locations nationwide. At the office in Stockholm, you will be part of a competent, developing, and open team. You belong to the management unit and report directly to the unit manager.

💼 Job responsibilities

As an HR Administrator, you have a central and broad role where you work both operationally and developmentally within HR. You are responsible for personnel administration and administrative HR processes, while also contributing to developing and strengthening the union's work environment, structure, and working methods. The role involves close collaboration with a smaller HR team where you act as a hub in the daily HR work and ensure that routines, policies, and processes are followed, developed, and documented correctly.

You will work with ongoing personnel administration, recruitment support, budget follow-up, and personnel statistics, as well as coordination regarding probationary employment, collective agreement updates, and the implementation of new regulations such as the salary transparency directive. You play an important role in monitoring changes in labor law and ensuring that internal governing documents and guidelines are kept up to date. The work also includes administration related to payroll processes, support in HR systems, and assistance to employees in HR-related questions. You also contribute to business development and the attractiveness of the workplace. This may involve supporting work on work environment and employee dialogues, promoting community, and contributing ideas that strengthen culture, well-being, and engagement. The role offers great variety and the opportunity to grow within HR over time.

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Education in HR and labor law and/or equivalent work experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

• Experience in payroll is an advantage

• Experience in local union work is an advantage
