Registrar at KTH

We are looking for someone with experience as a registrar who wants to work with us at KTH's registrar function.

Our team is a happy group with broad expertise that supports each other in our individual and collective tasks, and we share many laughs.

Job Responsibilities

You will primarily work with registrar tasks at KTH's central registry. Your responsibilities include record-keeping and assessments regarding classification and registration of public documents in W3D3, as well as opening mail and archiving documents recorded in W3D3. You will continuously handle inquiries and requests for and the release of public documents. Your tasks also include providing advice and support in the area to the university's employees.

About the Department/Group

Our group is a happy team with broad expertise that supports each other in our individual and collective tasks, and we share many laughs.

The group consists of registrars, archivists, e-archivists, a coordinator for the release function, a system administrator for W3D3, and a unit manager.

Qualifications

Requirements

• You should have at least 30 credits in archival science, vocational training as a registrar/document controller, or equivalent.
• You have computer skills and good knowledge of various Office package programs.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as needed for daily work.

You need to be able to work independently, be structured, have good collaboration skills, and be flexible.

Meritorious

Professional experience in registry operations and record-keeping is meritorious, preferably at an educational institution, as well as experience with the case management system W3D3.
