This is a part-time consulting assignment where you will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client.

Job responsibilities
As an office coordinator, you are the primary contact person on-site and responsible for ensuring that the office functions as it should. You ensure that the environment is pleasant and well-organized and drive issues related to service, logistics, and internal routines. The role is broad and includes both daily operational tasks and contact with suppliers, some administration, and coordination.
You handle incoming and outgoing mail, administer access cards, and support new employees with mobile phones, SIM cards, and other orders. You book meetings as needed, assist with ad hoc matters such as ordering snacks and flowers, and work in the client's internal systems. The role also includes some invoice management, responsibility for the client's car pool, and reporting related to office operations.
Summary of job responsibilities:
Be the primary onsite contact and take ownership of the office environment
Handle mail, access cards, mobile phones, and orders during onboarding/offboarding
Maintain contact with suppliers and manage simpler invoices
Administer the car pool and handle requests in Corrigo
Perform ad hoc tasks such as ordering snacks, flowers, and office supplies
Education, experience, and personal qualities
Previous experience in service, administration, or a coordinating role
Ongoing post-secondary education or other main employment
Driver's license (B)
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
You thrive in a role where you have a lot of contact with people and enjoy being the one who makes things happen. You work in a structured manner, take initiative, and are confident in taking ownership of your areas. You keep things organized, have a good sense of service, and feel comfortable handling both planned tasks and quick ad hoc requests.
