Humbla Öppenvård is looking to strengthen its team of practitioners in Gävle and is seeking someone with the courage, passion, and drive to help develop the organization.

We work with intensive home-based interventions in families with complex needs and with evidence-based practice as our foundation. Qualifications

A degree in social work and experience working with families facing social issues is required.

- Previous experience working in open care focusing on children, youth, and their families

We currently operate in Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, Gothenburg, and Borås and offer individual support and treatment, qualified case management, family treatment, supported housing, home investigations, and family pedagogical interventions. Humbla's mission is to empower people to take control over their own life situations and to live a meaningful life for them. There is a place and a context for everyone!

Humbla also conducts activities in emergency and foster care, enhanced supported housing, and LSS.
