We are now looking for a procurement consultant with experience in operational contract procurements for a long-term assignment starting immediately and lasting 12 months.
About the assignment
The assignment is a consulting position via Bemannia starting immediately and lasting 12 months with the possibility of extension. The assignment has a scope of 80-100% and you will be based at the unit's office in central Stockholm. There will be an opportunity for remote work by agreement.
The Traffic Office's procurement department is expected to handle an increased number of procurements in the operational category over the coming year. The regular staffing is assessed to not have sufficient capacity to carry out all planned procurements, which is why there is a need for resource reinforcement.
Your tasks
You will independently and with overall responsibility carry out all parts of the procurement process, from the preparation of procurement documents to the establishment of contracts.
The entire procurement process from the development of procurement strategies, timelines, and meetings with clients.
Preparation of procurement documents, evaluation and assessment of bids, awarding.
Contract interpretation, as well as support to the organization in contract and procurement-related issues.
Your qualifications
Relevant higher education.
Several years of experience as a procurement consultant.
Several years of experience as a procurement consultant with experience in operational contracts.
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
