We are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator - join us and grow!

In the role of Marketing Coordinator with us, the tasks will vary greatly, but generally speaking, you will be the “spider in the web” of our marketing projects. You will also play an important role in leading and communicating our quality work.

This includes, among other things, managing our social media channels, communication both internally and externally, planning and participating in the implementation of marketing activities and evaluating their results, monitoring the environment, as well as various administrative tasks. Communicate and drive processes internally.

As a marketing coordinator, you will work independently and in a structured manner, but also in close collaboration with other colleagues. You will be offered a varied position with many personal contacts, both internally and externally. Bergstrands is an educational group characterized by short decision-making paths, a high level of ambition, and proximity to employees and partners. You will report directly to our CEO.

Your work will include understanding and having experience in:

Marketing and communication – how we can apply it in schools and on the market. We want you to have a foundation in marketing, marketing planning, and strategic marketing work.

Media channels – knowing how different types of media channels work. Which channels, tools, and methodologies are available to us as a school and how we can use them effectively.

Media production – your work will include planning, structuring, and executing physical and digital productions for various media channels as well as some graphic production. Our website is made in WordPress, and your work will include updating the website regularly.

Project management and production management – participate in and drive projects effectively, budget, and follow up on a project in various production stages. Understanding project economics and revenue and cost calculations in a project/production.

Collaborate with our partners – our marketing work also takes place in close collaboration with our external partners, where you will be their contact person.

We believe you need the following qualifications

• Post-secondary education in marketing, communication, or similar relevant education
• At least one to two years of relevant work experience
• Experience in project and process management
• Education in and experience working with social channels
• Documented strong writing skills in Swedish and English, as well as a good “eye for visuals”
• Very good knowledge of the Office suite
• Knowledge of programs in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Knowledge of WordPress and creating graphic material is an advantage
• Driver's license class B
