QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have good subject knowledge and are flexible and can step in as a substitute teacher at short notice.

As a person, you are responsible and enjoy taking your own initiatives. The work as a substitute teacher involves many meetings with both young people and colleagues, so it is essential that you have a positive view of people and good collaboration skills.

We see that you have a good approach as well as being clear in your communication style. You should be attentive and have the ability to prioritize and adapt your working methods according to the needs of the organization. Communication is one of our most important work tools, so you as a substitute need to master Swedish in both spoken and written form.

To work with us, the following is required:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have completed your high school diploma
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
• A valid extract from the criminal record
• Digital competence

Meritorious:

• Post-secondary education
• Experience working as a substitute teacher at the high school level
