Your mission
You will be part of a team together with teachers and student assistants. As a teacher, you will conduct work that puts students' learning and development at the center. We want to see that you are a person who is responsive to the individual needs of the student and can challenge the student in their knowledge development based on our governing documents. You should have a clear student focus when you, together with other staff and management, organize, drive, and develop teaching and operations. Your commitment and clarity in the role of teacher are of great importance to the employer as you take on the assignment.

For this assignment, we see that you can work both independently and together with others. Having initiative and a positive attitude towards students, guardians, and colleagues is a given for us. For this assignment, personal competencies and qualities are highly valued.

Formal competence requirements
- Personal competencies and qualities are highly valued
- Special teacher, specializing in intellectual disabilities, or a special education degree that has provided a teaching license for adapted school or started/aims to start education as a special teacher, specializing in intellectual disabilities
- Good AAC competence
- Digital identification with Bank ID
- Employment requires that you have a B driver's license

Meritorious
Experience working with students with intellectual disabilities. We would like you to have a background as a preschool teacher.

Employment
Permanent employment at 100% with a start date of 2025-08-11. The employment may begin with a probationary period and is subject to necessary decisions being made.
In your role as a teacher, you will be employed in the adapted school within the Culture and Education Administration, which is organized directly under the Culture and Education Board. The nearest manager is Charlotte Bring, principal.
