We are looking for a technically strong ServiceNow Business Analyst/Developer with deep expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) for our client in the defense sector in Gothenburg.

You will work in a complex ServiceNow environment where the platform is business-critical and used on a large scale. The role combines technical development, solution design, and business-oriented analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and configuration in ServiceNow CSM
• Customization via Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer
• Automation of processes and integrations
• Data management, structuring, and optimization of data models
• Solution design in line with platform architecture and best practices
• Troubleshooting at the application and platform level
• Technical advice during requirement work and workshops
• Contribute to the further development of architecture and governance

You will work closely with architects, developers, and the business and are expected to take technical responsibility within the CSM area.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in development in ServiceNow
• Documented experience in Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript (server and client scripts)
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integrations (REST/SOAP), ACLs, and security models as well as CMDB and data modeling
• Understanding of platform architecture and best practices within ServiceNow
• Experience in incident management and administration in larger environments

Meritorious:

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-CSM)
• Experience with complex implementations or transformation projects
