The Role

• You are organizationally placed directly under the operations manager and belong to the administration's staff.
• You work strategically and operationally to develop quality, efficiency, and equity within the education administration.
• You contribute with environmental monitoring, analysis of statistics and trends, development support, and methodological competence, and support managers in quality work, follow-up, and operational planning.
• You lead and facilitate projects, processes, and workshops.
• You develop and implement effective working methods, routines, and governing documents, ensuring that the development work is based on evidence and research.

Is this you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a university degree in pedagogy and experience in development work within the education sector.
• Has a good ability to lead processes and projects and can communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has experience in systematic quality work.
• Can build trusting relationships and collaborate with many different stakeholders.
• Thrives where collaboration and development focus are at the center and works without prestige with the ability to get many to work towards the same idea and vision.
• Is creative, structured, can translate complex information into concrete actions, and drives processes forward.

It is advantageous if you have experience in digital development, change management, or strategic operational planning.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

As we work in close proximity to schools where children and youth are present, a criminal record check must be submitted before any employment.
