Are you an experienced accountant with solid expertise in property accounting?

We are now looking for two Senior Accountants for an urgent consulting assignment of 6 months.

Location: Central Stockholm
Start: Immediately
Scope: Full-time, 6 months

You will work in a qualified role with broad responsibilities in accounting, with a particular focus on property-related issues. The role is operational and places high demands on independence, structure, and delivery capability.

• Ongoing accounting
• Reporting (including group reporting)
• Handling of VAT and tax regulations
• Financing issues related to properties
• Year-end work (monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Analysis and follow-up

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience as a senior accountant
• Documented experience in property accounting
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Experience in reporting and analysis
• Good knowledge of VAT and tax regulations

• Experience with Cognos or other group reporting systems
• Experience with Agresso

You are self-driven, confident in your skills, and accustomed to quickly adapting to new organizations. You have a structured working style and thrive in a role where you can take on significant responsibility.
