We are now looking for an experienced Business Analyst for an exciting assignment within e-commerce and digital transformation for our client.

About the assignment

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Business Analyst who will work closely with the E-commerce Product Owner to develop and manage product documentation.

You will be responsible for ensuring that documentation, presentations, and process descriptions are clear, up-to-date, and anchored in the business. The role involves close collaboration with development, marketing, and sales.

You will also contribute to workshops by preparing materials and summarizing and concretizing results into clear and actionable activities.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain product documentation such as user guides, functional descriptions, and process flows

Gather and quality assure input from cross-functional teams

Structure and manage a central repository for product-related materials

Ensure that documentation and presentations are current, educational, and business-oriented

Research and implement best practices in product documentation

Prepare and support workshop facilitation and summarize results into clear actions

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within e-commerce or digital transformation

Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and/or Confluence

Very good skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams

The ability to document both technical and business processes with high precision

Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving methodology

Meritorious

Experience from global organizations

Experience in operational follow-up

Experience coordinating team members

Understanding of UX/UI and the ability to translate technical requirements into user-friendly documentation

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital product development, or CRM systems

Experience in stakeholder management
