About the roleThe role of Financial Assistant is part of our Accounting team, which currently consists of six people. You will work broadly with experienced colleagues, and together you will be responsible for a function that is central to the company's invoicing flows and customer dialogue.
Hemfrid is steadily growing – just in the past year, we have increased by thousands of customers – which places high demands on structure, quality, and efficient processes. In this role, you will be a key person in ensuring that our invoicing flows work smoothly, correctly, and with a high level of service. You will have many points of contact, both internally and externally, and together with the team, you will be a key support in this important service function.
Key responsibilities
Handle inquiries related to customer invoices and RUT
Contact and ongoing reconciliations with PayEx (invoice distribution)
Work daily in Salesforce, PayEx, UBW, the Swedish Tax Agency, and Kivra
Invoicing and quality assurance between CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (UBW), as well as between ERP and PayEx
Internal invoicing and re-invoicing
Handle cases related to reminders and collections
Follow up on discrepancies and ongoing quality assurance
Handle damage payments
You have logical thinking and enjoy troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving discrepancies. You are unpretentious, work in a structured manner, and effectively translate needs into action. With a strong focus on quality and a clear sense of service, you are motivated to deliver with high precision and reliability while contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture. We place great importance on personal suitability.
We are looking for someone who has:
At least five years of relevant work experience in administrative and analytical work
Experience from a role with many points of contact
Good system skills and experience working in several systems simultaneously
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
Experience with Salesforce
Experience working with accounts receivable and invoicing flows
The position is full-time, starting as agreed, but preferably as soon as possible. The position is located at Hemfrid's headquarters at Tulegatan 11, near the Rådmansgatan subway station and Odenplan commuter train station.
