We are looking for summer and on-call substitutes!

Do you want to help individuals find the right path to employment and create new contacts within the job market? Then this could be the position for you.

About the position:

As a guide within Rusta and Matcha 2, you will play a key role in guiding and matching participants to the right job. You will use your experience in the job market, sales, and matching to help individuals find employment and create long-term solutions for both them and employers.

Responsibilities:

  • Individual counseling and matching of participants with the right job opportunities.
  • Actively build and maintain employer contacts and create new networks to identify job opportunities.
  • Support participants in their skills development and prepare them for the job market.
  • Regular individual meetings with participants and provide feedback to strengthen their confidence and work ability.
  • Work closely with employers to understand their needs and match these with the participants' skills.
  • Use your knowledge of the Swedish education system to provide the right guidance regarding further education and career opportunities.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience matching people to jobs. If you have worked in sales, that is a plus.
  • Has good and documented knowledge of the Swedish education system and job market.
  • Is used to creating and maintaining employer contacts and enjoys building new professional relationships.
  • Has the ability to provide individual support and coach participants to achieve their goals.
  • Is communicative, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Has experience with government contacts and/or working in organizations governed by political decisions.

Formal qualifications/work experience:

  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and English. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience in job matching/recruitment/restructuring or other experience deemed equivalent by the employer.

And:

Option 1:

  • At least 3 years of full-time higher education (180 credits).
  • At least 2 years of work experience equivalent to full-time (part-time positions can also be counted).

Option 2:

Education of at least 1 year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.

At least 3 years of work experience equivalent to full-time (part-time positions can also be counted) in one or more of the following areas:

  • Work management with personnel responsibility
  • Recruitment
  • Restructuring work for job seekers
  • Study and career guidance
  • Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration)
  • Work with labor and labor market issues
  • Work with social and group psychology
  • Career guidance
