About the position

We are looking for a driven and experienced Financial Controller/Admin Team Leader.

Are you ready to take the next step in your career and combine your passion for financial analysis with leadership? We are seeking a Financial Controller/Admin Team Leader who is a central part of the daily work in Core Link's administrative team. This role is about being a doer – taking initiative and executing various tasks while supporting and assisting colleagues with both large and small administrative tasks. It is important that you enjoy working operationally and do not only see yourself in a leadership role standing aside from the actual work. We are looking for someone who likes to contribute hands-on in all aspects of administrative work.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Financial planning and analysis: You will play a key role in creating and implementing strategies to improve our financial efficiency. This involves delving into financial data, identifying trends, and presenting insights that support decision-making.
• Leadership and team development: As the leader of the administration team, you will coach and develop your employees, ensuring that the team works towards common goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Reporting and budgeting: You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective processes for financial reporting and budgeting, ensuring that we have the right tools to make informed decisions.
• Cash flow management: Through monitoring and analysis, you will ensure that we have optimal cash flow, which is crucial for Core Link's operational stability and growth.
• Cost analysis and resource optimization: With a keen eye for detail, you will conduct cost analyses and develop strategies to maximize the client's financial resources, strengthening Core Link's competitiveness in the market.
• Coordination of audits: You will act as a contact person for internal and external auditors, ensuring that our financial reports are accurate and comply with applicable standards.
• Improvement of internal processes: Continuous improvement is key to Core Link's success. You will identify and implement improvements in internal routines to increase efficiency and reduce the risk of errors.
• Cross-functional collaboration: By collaborating with various departments within the company, such as sales, production, and HR, you contribute to a holistic view that drives the success of the business.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education in finance or economics.
• Several years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles.
• Leadership experience, preferably with documented success in leading teams.
• The ability to work analytically and strategically with complex data.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to drive projects independently.

Formal requirements:

• Previous experience in financial reporting, particularly focusing on Swedish laws and regulations.
• Experience in international operations.
• Handling of foreign VAT issues.
• Experience with ERP systems (experience with various systems is a plus).
• Advanced Excel skills for data processing and reporting.
