About the position

Your tasks will include being responsible for and planning all workshop activities strategically to avoid time waste, transportation, and unnecessary costs. If you enjoy playing strategy games, you will love this job!

It is important to optimize and organize everything related to the flow of operations to free up time and streamline our processes.

Your tasks will include:

• Scheduling deliveries of sold vehicles
• Planning all work that takes place in our workshop as well as external work with our partners
• Streamlining the planning process and optimizing the company's profitability

Your profile

We prefer that you have a university degree or equivalent work experience. However, this is not a requirement as the most important thing for us is that you have the right ambition and work well together in a team. Since the position is primarily digitalized, computer skills are required. It is essential that you can handle many tasks simultaneously without losing track and that you are a quick learner.

During the peak season, we have high workloads in all departments. Since a cheerful attitude permeates the entire company, it is important that these qualities can be maintained even under stress.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Good computer skills and excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license B
• Solution-oriented, responsible, and detail-oriented

Meritorious:

• Experience working in our business system Verendus
• Experience with motorhomes and caravans
• Technical education in vehicles or a strong interest in vehicles

Start date: As agreed, preferably immediately
Employment type: Permanent with a six-month probationary period

Location: Varberg

Working hours: Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
