The customer base ranges from local businesses and contractors to larger national players, which means that Transportcentralen handles a wide variety of assignments with a focus on quality and reliability. To meet market demands, they are now looking for a KMA, based in Halmstad.

The Role of KMA

As a KMA at Transportcentralen, you will play a key role in ensuring that the business meets the industry's, customers', and regulatory requirements for quality, environment, and working conditions. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and following up on routines and processes to meet current laws/regulations and standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure that Transportcentralen's quality processes comply with ISO standards and customer requirements. Conduct internal audits and drive continuous improvement work.
• Work to reduce environmental impact by developing and following up on the environmental management system. Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and sustainability goals.
• Prepare sustainability reports and calculate/report CO2 emissions in various projects.
• Implement and improve workplace routines, conduct risk assessments, and work towards a safe and secure workplace.
• Educate and support partners/employees in matters related to quality, environment, and working conditions.
• Act as a contact person for authorities, trade unions, and external parties in KMA-related matters.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone whose personality reflects a high level of engagement in what you do. You do not necessarily need years of heavy experience; the main thing is that you have the right drive and the will to constantly improve. You should thrive in structure and will benefit from your social skills as well as being able to collaborate easily with both colleagues and customers in various projects.
We would like you to have:

• Experience in the transport or logistics industry.
• Relevant education in quality, environment, and/or working conditions or equivalent work experience.
• Preferably experience working with management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 26001, and/or 45001 is an advantage).
• Good knowledge of applicable environmental and occupational health and safety legislation and regulations within at least one of Transportcentralen's main areas of work.
• The ability and willingness to drive projects, create structure, and at the same time educate and work independently.
• We find it necessary that you have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A driver's license is a requirement.
