Finance Assistant Needed in Kungsbacka

Are you an experienced and detail-oriented finance assistant who enjoys a broad role? This could be the position for you!

We are looking for an engaged individual for a long-term role with our client in Kungsbacka. You will start as a consultant through us at SJR, and after six months, there are good opportunities for permanent employment with our client. The position is 75-100% and we are looking for someone who can start in mid-March.

About the Position

As a finance assistant with our client, you will be part of a company with a family-like atmosphere while also being part of a larger international group. You will work closely with the company's CFO and be offered a broad and varied role.

Your tasks will include managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and payments, as well as handling VAT, taxes, and employer contributions, preparing periodic summaries, and reporting intrastat.

You will also handle mail, assist with archiving, and other common tasks in a finance department.

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone with a relevant background in finance and previous experience in broad financial work. You are confident in your knowledge of bookkeeping and have a good understanding of the financial flow.

Attention to detail and structure are qualities that describe you; you have an eye for detail while also being able to work efficiently and solution-oriented. As a person, we see you as collaborative and appreciate working together with others, but you also thrive in taking independent responsibility for your work.
